Five Alphabets (“we”, “us”) collects as little as we can. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use project files to train general-purpose AI models.
1. This website
fivealphabets.com is a static site. We do not run advertising pixels or a first-party analytics product on these pages.
- Hosting logs. Our host may record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and time of visit, used only to keep the site available and to diagnose abuse.
- Contact form. If you write through the form, we receive the name, email, subject, and message you send, so we can reply. That message is processed by our form provider and then by us.
- Email. Mail sent to [email protected] is stored in our inbox for correspondence.
2. Client work
When you hire the studio, we only collect what we need to do the work: names, emails, project notes, and files you choose to share. We use this to communicate, deliver, and invoice. We do not share it with advertisers.
3. Browser tools
Where we publish browser extensions or similar tools, processing stays on your device unless a specific product page says otherwise. We do not collect browsing history from those tools, and we do not sell or rent user data.
4. Payments
If a project is billed through a processor such as Stripe or PayPal, card details stay with that processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
5. Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as a project or a legal duty requires. You may ask us to update or delete information we hold by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within five business days.
6. Disclosure
We disclose personal information only when the law requires it, or when we believe in good faith that we must protect someone’s safety or our rights.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
