The site is provided as information about the studio. We may change or remove pages at any time. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of error.
2. Client work
A paid project is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. If that document conflicts with these terms, the project agreement wins for that work.
3. Intellectual property
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, the writing, marks, and design on this site belong to Five Alphabets. You may not copy the site as a template for another business. Client work remains subject to the licence we grant in that engagement.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping that harms availability, no sending of unlawful or abusive messages through the form, and no attempt to break into hosting or related services.
5. Third-party links
Work samples link to sites we do not operate. Their terms and privacy practices are their own.
6. Limitation
To the extent the law allows, Five Alphabets is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
